After being declared insolvent and the trustee having dealt with the estate to distribute the assets and discharge the liabilities, the insolvent may petition the High Court for rehabilitation. Before such an application may be made, the prescribed creditors' first and second meetings must have been completed, and the Liquidation and Distribution account must have been drafted and accepted by the Master. Once the bankrupt has been rehabilitated, no previous creditor can claim the newly rehabilitated estate.
